Methods of Payment:
We accept  Visa and MasterCard through our secure shopping cart. We
will accept USPS Money Orders by mail. If you select Money Order at
checkout, we will contact you with payment details within 24 hours.
Credit Cards are not charged until your order has been filled and
ready to ship. Orders paid with USPS money orders will not be mailed
until the Money Order had been received and cleared our bank.
International Orders: We apologize, but at this time we are
unable to ship internationally.
Shipping: We apply a shipping charge of $7.95 to orders shipped
within the Continental United States. We use Priority Mail
shipping via the United States Postal Service.
Secret Pals and Secret Sister Orders: Are you placing an order
for your Secret Pal or Secret Sister? We guarantee your anonymity!
Just note in the comments section at checkout that your order is for
your Secret Pal or Secret Sister and include any additional message to
be included with your gift.. Then provide their mailing/shipping
address during the checkout process and we'll take care of the sneaky
details. Your secret is safe with us!
Damages: We try our best to ensure packages are secure when
shipped. Should you receive damaged products, please retain all
packaging and contact us immediately so that we can make a claim for
items damaged in transit with the USPS (or other shipping method where
requested) and so that we can make arrangements to replace those
items.
Order Discrepancies / Complaints: Providing customer care that
is efficient and exceptional is our top priority. Should you have any
discrepancies or complaints with your order, please contact us
immediately. Every effort will be made to correct the problem.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, and for the safety
of our customers, we cannot accept returns on products unless the
item(s) is damaged / faulty or your order was filled improperly.
Order Changes or Cancellations: Most orders will be shipped
within 24-48 hours of receipt (most of the time, sooner). Should you need to cancel or change
your order, contact us via e-mail or phone as soon as possible and we
will do our best to accommodate your request.
Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Your personal information is not stored nor shared with anyone else.
Samples: We try to include samples with every order (when
available). We DO NOT send free samples without an order.
