Methods of Payment:
 We accept Visa and MasterCard through our secure
shopping cart. We will accept USPS Money Orders by mail. If you
select Money Order at checkout, we will contact you with payment details
within 24 hours.

International Orders:
We apologize, but
at this time we are unable to ship internationally.
|
|
|
|
Shipping:
We apply a
Flat Rate shipping charge of $7.95 to orders shipped within
the United States (includes Alaska & Hawaii). We use Priority Mail
shipping via the United States Postal Service If another
shipping method is requested (other than the USPS), an additional
handling fee of $4.95 will be added to actual shipping charges .
Please allow
2-3 business days for order processing. Once your order ships we will
notify you via email. Allow 3-5 days from shipment notification for
receipt of your order.

Secret Pals and Secret Sister Orders: Are you placing
an order for your Secret Pal or Secret Sister? We guarantee your
anonymity! Just note in the comments section at checkout that your order
is for your Secret Pal or Secret Sister and include any additional message
to be included with your gift.. Then provide their mailing/shipping
address during the checkout process and we'll take care of the sneaky
details. Your secret is safe with us! |

Damages:
We try our
best to ensure packages are secure when shipped. Should you receive
damaged products, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately
so that we can make a claim for items damaged in transit with the USPS (or
other shipping method where requested) and so that we can make
arrangements to replace those items.

Order Discrepancies /
Complaints: Providing customer care that is efficient and
exceptional is our
top priority. Should you have any discrepancies or complaints with your
order, please contact us immediately. Every effort will be made to correct
these issues.

Returns: Due to
the nature of our products, and for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept
returns on products unless the item(s) is damaged / faulty or your order
was filled improperly.

Changes or Cancellations:
Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Should you need to
cancel or change your order, contact us via e-mail or phone as soon as
possible and we will do our best
to accommodate your request.
